Auch wenn die Xbox One der PS4 in puncto Verkaufszahlen hinterherhinkt, ist Microsoft Sony einer Sache voraus: Die Rede ist von der Abwärtskompatibilität, die nun nach schier unendlicher Wartezeit am 12. November 2015 auf der Xbox One realisiert wird.

Veröffentlicht wurde eine Liste von 104 Spielen. Hierzulande werden euch aufgrund einiger Indizierungen zunächst 100 Xbox 360-Titel zur Verfügung stehen, wenn ihr im Besitz der originalen DVD oder der digitalen Variante seid. Bereits via Games with Gold erworbene Spiele werden zukünftig ebenfalls auf der Xbox One spielbar sein. Darüber hinaus plant Microsoft noch weitere Xbox 360-Titel verfügbar zu machen.
